Friendly and experienced, I love teaching Singing to people of all ages. My mother was trained in classical voice in Europe and taught me everything she knew. Then I went on to study music for many years to come. I was a live performer and recording artist too for over 15 years so I can help singers develop stage presence. I have a special interest (and, I believe, talent) in teaching students with learning, physical, mental and emotional disabilities and I’ve observed music work its therapeutic magic on countless students of mine over the years.

I’m a 3D software enthusiast and tutor. I’ve been involved in the design field for a few years now and have tutored students in Revit, BIM, and 3D modeling software. I have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in interior design.

As a student of voice the most important thing I have learned is that singing is a skill - not a talent. Once the voice is organized anyone can sing in any style (and you may not believe me, but I started at NYU not even being able to Mix and now I am able to belt up to G5 and whistle unto Eb6) This was possible because of the classes I took at NYU such as voice pedagogy, song analysis/performance classes, and music theory/aural skills. Through these skills I have worked off-broadway and all over NYC and I love to share this knowledge with others. I believe in a wholistic approach to the voice that means getting the voice organized through vocal exercises and then transferring those skills into repertoire. I want to help you achieve healthy sustainable singing (that of course is fun). And most importantly, I believe the student knows best because they are the only one in their body.
